- Operate and maintain printing and scanning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Process customer data accurately and securely in line with confidentiality standards.
- Provide front-line support to customers, resolving basic technical issues and queries.
- Manage workloads independently while meeting deadlines, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Ensure all documentation and output meet quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a printing/scanning or similar technical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple technical issues independently.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Understanding of customer confidentiality and data protection principles.
- Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
