We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Probate Property Team Manager to oversee our team of Probate Property Consultants. This role requires strong property knowledge, people management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Probate Property Consultants who oversee the full property sale process — from valuation and instruction to sale completion.
- Monitor and drive individual and team performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Act as the first point of contact for team support, training needs, and performance management.
- Liaise directly with corporate clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and attending client meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure consultants are actively progressing sales through estate agents and conveyancers, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
- Support the team in delivering smooth, end-to-end service for Personal Representatives (PRs) and clients.
- Maintain accurate records, case notes, and compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
- Deliver training sessions to both internal staff and external corporate clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing or supervising teams, preferably in property sales or asset management.
- Strong understanding of property valuation and the sales process.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- High standard of verbal and written communication.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident delivering training and assimilating complex information to pass on effectively.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel).
- Experience using property or case management systems is desirable.
- Previous experience in customer care and complaint resolution.
Performance Objectives:
- Achieve pre-agreed business and performance targets.
- Deliver high standards of service to both corporate clients and Personal Representatives.
- Provide ongoing staff training, development, and support to ensure high team performance.
- Ensure seamless management of the probate property transaction process.
