Our client are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support and oversee the efficient movement of goods across the UK, Europe, and connecting routes. The ideal candidate will help ensure timely deliveries, streamline supply chain processes, and maintain effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. This role plays a key part in supporting the continued growth of our rapidly expanding business.

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 | Monday to Friday



On offer

  • Up to 35,000 - based on experience
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Assist in analysing supply chains to support onboarding of new stores, ports of entry, and hauliers
  • Help establish and maintain operational standards for the logistics team
  • Support inventory management and ensure accurate documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers
  • Identify and help resolve logistics and shipment issues promptly
  • Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation


Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • Ideally some exposure to curtain siders, bulk tippers, or European haulage
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of logistics software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
