About the Role:

My client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Contracts & Pricing Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in administrative tasks and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring the efficient setup and pricing of products. This is a Hybrid position and will be working from hone 2 days a week (Monday and Friday) and 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative aspects of the Product & Commercial department.
  • Load, price, and reprice products accurately within the Travellink System.
  • Book and issue vouchers for excursions included in tours.
  • Assist in creating pricing competitor analysis and adjust prices as needed.
  • Prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Contracts & Pricing Executive to ensure timely market entry of products.

Qualifications:

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent data and process management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
