Are you an Events Technician, Sound Engineer, Lighting Technician or similar looking to move off the road and build a long-term career in the high-end residential AV industry? Do you want structured training, stability, and a clear progression route into a fully qualified AV Engineer role?
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a specialist company that designs and installs luxury home audio-visual systems for high-end residential clients. You'll bring your practical experience from events, sound, or production environments, and they'll give you the industry training to take your career to the next level.

Across your first six months, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on live installation projects while completing structured training in control systems, lighting, networking, and home automation. Over time, you'll become a fully qualified AV Engineer capable of delivering complete high-end residential systems for prestigious clients.
The Role:
- Assist in installing and commissioning luxury home audio-visual systems
- Work hands-on across live residential projects alongside senior engineers
- Complete structured internal and manufacturer-led training programmes
- Progress into a fully qualified AV Engineer position with long-term development
The Candidate:
- Background in events tech, sound engineering, lighting, stage tech, AV setups or similar
- Strong practical skills and experience with audio, lighting, cabling or technical kit
- Passion for technology, audio-visual equipment and home automation
- Enthusiastic, hands-on, and keen to build a long-term career
- Commutable to Letchworth Garden City and happy to travel when required
