The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the owner on all aspects of menu development and culinary direction.

- Source high-quality seasonal ingredients, ideally from local East Sussex producers.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control for a new business.
