Our client, a construction company based in Leyland, are currently recruiting for an experienced Subcontractor Ledger Clerk to work within their busy finance team.
Duties include:
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of subcontractor payments
- Maintain and reconcile the subcontractor ledger
- Process subcontractor invoices and applications for payment
- Ensure compliance with CIS regulations
- Ensuring insurances are up to date
- Deal with any queries and resolve discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in month end processes including account reconciliations and reporting
To be considered for this role, you need to have worked in a similar position within the construction industry and have a strong understanding of CIS regulations and construction accounting processes.
