Based in Leyland PR25
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support reliability-centred and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance asset performance.
- Analyse maintenance and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause and failure mode analyses to prevent repeat failures.
- Develop, monitor, and improve reliability KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Support and coach maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Reliability Engineer position will possess:
- Proven experience in maintenance or reliability engineering.
- Level 3 Mechanical Engineering
- Level 3 Electrical Installation (18th edition is desirable)
- Compex (desirable)
- Knowledge of reliability engineering tools (RCM, RCA, FMEA, Weibull, etc)
- A strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to influence site teams effectively.
