Duties to include:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Taking inbound sales enquiries
  • Processing quotations and sales orders
  • Updating CRM system
  • Supporting team of External Sales Managers
  • Promoting the company's products
  • Resolving customer issues

To be considered for this position you should have:

  • Strong admin and IT skills - ideally with experience of Excel and a CRM system
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively
