You'll be the first point of contact for a wide variety of customers across multiple industries, offering support, guidance, and first-class service every step of the way.What You'll Be Doing
  • Building genuine, lasting relationships with customers
  • Understanding client requirements and preparing accurate quotations
  • Following up on enquiries and processing orders efficiently
  • Providing basic technical support (full training provided)
  • Introducing customers to new products and services
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and following up on leads
  • Ensuring every customer interaction is positive and professional
What You’ll Bring
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Confidence working with people at all levels, internally and externally
  • Strong attention to detail and solid administrative skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Willingness to learn; previous industry knowledge is helpful but not essential
