Office Manager, Leyland, up to £40k

Adele Carr have the pleasure of working exclusively with this successful, growing construction company based in Leyland. They are seeking an adaptable, hardworking and organised individual to join them as Office Manager. You will help keep the business running smoothly by supporting day-to-day operations across various departments. You will work closely with leadership to ensure things are well-organised, on time, and running efficiently.

Duties include:
  • Assist the Director and Business Development team with exhibition planning and admin support.
  • Assist the Marketing Director with marketing tasks (e.g. campaigns, materials, or coordination).

  • Organise and maintain business documents accurately and securely.

  • Take minutes and support meeting organisation as needed.

  • Prepare simple reports to support planning and decision-making.

  • Help coordinate small projects and ensure tasks stay on track.

If you have previous office management experience, have the ability to work in a busy fast paced environment, possess strong organisational and planning skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities then this is the job for you.
