I’m leading the search to recruit an Account Manager for a fast-growing tech business with a strong reputation in its specialist sector. They provide a digital solution that helps professional services firms enhance how they engage with clients and manage their operations. With a long-standing customer base and high retention rates, their model is focused on expanding existing relationships and delivering added value — rather than chasing cold leads.
This is an Account Manager role with a commercial twist. You’ll join a supportive team, each managing a portfolio of warm clients. Your job? Stay close to your accounts, build rapport, and help them get the most from the platform — through training, product upgrades, and encouraging uptake of additional features.
You’ll work to structured KPIs with regular contact goals, and there’s real earning potential through a clear commission scheme and bonus incentives tied to performance and account growth — all within a warm-client environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and grow an existing book of clients
- Deliver product demos and client training via Teams
- Upsell features like mobile apps, payment tools, and integrations
- Track account usage, flag risk, and boost engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience
- Strong communicator who’s confident presenting over video
- Professional, polished and articulate – able to speak to clients
- Process-driven, self-motivated and commercially minded
- Comfortable using CRMs, Teams, and demonstrating apps (not a technophobe)
