Shifts available:

AM Shift – 6:00am to 2:00pm - £24,297

PM Shift – 2:00pm to 10:00pm - £25,369

 

The Role

  • Lead a team of production operatives to achieve daily targets.
  • Set up and operate production lines, working with technicians where required.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Train, mentor, and support both permanent and temporary staff.
  • Carry out quality checks and complete required production paperwork.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure smooth running of the line.
  • Monitor efficiency, identify issues, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GMP, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment.

 

The Person

  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible approach to shifts and overtime.
