Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible daily supply work? We are currently recruiting passionate and adaptable support staff to work across a range of SEN schools in Leyland and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in different settings, maintain work-life balance, and make a real impact - without the commitment of a long-term role.

The Role:
  • Provide in-class support to students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, PMLD, and SEMH

  • Work on a flexible, day-to-day basis across various SEN settings

  • Adapt quickly to different classrooms and student needs

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive learning

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous SEN experience in schools is essential

  • Confident supporting students with complex and additional needs

  • Calm, resilient, and flexible in a fast-paced environment

  • A driver with access to a car is highly desirable to reach surrounding schools

Compliance Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)

  • Two professional references covering the last two years

  • A CV covering full employment history, with any gaps explained
