Owen Payne Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Administratorfor our client based inLichfield (WS14).

This position is a temporay ongoing contract.

Hours & Days of Work:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.30am-17:00pm

The specific duties include:

  • Enter/input colleague data into the HR System
  • Answer colleagues queries effectively on all HR matters.
  • Compile and control all documentation held on the HR system, ensuring security, confidentiality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Monitor HR inbox. (AM and PM Checks and weekly)
  • Use MS Office computer applications (Word, Excel, etc) as required.
  • Ensuring all absences including return to work, self-certification are return and logged accordingly by managers.
  • Administer all paperwork to include new starters, transfers/changes, and leavers.
  • Administer Onboarding email and process for all new starters. Prepare induction packs.
  • Support and administer Occupational Health services offered by the Company.
  • Respond to ad hoc enquiries for job vacancies.
  • Administer recruitment processes (organising interviews etc)
  • Assist in the administration of recruitment and selection procedures, e.g. Posting of adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and job offers.
  • Ensure documentation is obtained from new starters.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the below skills:

  • Computer literate with proven MS Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved within a demanding 24/7 operation.
  • Able to prioritise varied and conflicting demands in a customer centric small team.
  • High attention to detail & accuracy.

Pay Rate:

  • £13 per hour
