My client is a large organisation looking for a HR Assistant to support multiple functions based in Lichfield.

Description

  • Supporting the HR department in collating hours for payroll and looking at discrepancies
  • Assisting with recruitment and on-boarding of new employees
  • Maintaining employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Providing support on HR-related queries
  • Assisting with the administration of employee benefits
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures
  • Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures

Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

  • Experience working as a HR Assistant
  • Strong excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
