Description
- Supporting the HR department in collating hours for payroll and looking at discrepancies
- Assisting with recruitment and on-boarding of new employees
- Maintaining employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Providing support on HR-related queries
- Assisting with the administration of employee benefits
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures
- Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures
Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
- Experience working as a HR Assistant
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Has supported with collating hours for payroll team before
- Can commute to Lichfield
