Are you a recent university graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience? Zest Education is seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to start work in September as Cover Supervisors in schools across Staffordshire, including locations such as Lichfield, Cannock, and Stafford.

Position: Graduate Cover Supervisor

As a successful Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons to students aged 11-18 in secondary schools. The work you'll undertake will be provided in advance by the class teacher or another faculty member. Your role will involve managing student behavior, delivering the lesson content, and offering feedback to relevant staff members.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 20 days' experience working with children or young people

- Experience in any of the following areas:

- Scout group leadership

- Football or sports coaching

- Volunteering

- Placements

- Work experience

- Dance teaching
