Description
Processing invoices to and from the NHS and pharmacies
Processing invoices for assessment charges from in house system to the accounting package and the NHS systems
- Log accurate records within various systems
- Keep Excel spreadsheets and Accounting Packages up to date.
Monthly reporting accurately on above activities.
Provide ad-hoc support within the wider Accounts Receivable department where necessary, and get involved in ad hoc project work, as well as any other finance or admin duties required
Profile
A successful Accounts & Billing Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in accounting and finance or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
- An understanding of billing processes and financial regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
