- Support financial management for vulnerable clients
- Liaise daily with Social Workers to approve and monitor spending
- Help ensure budgets are managed efficiently and appropriately
- Contribute to a smooth-running service with a strong focus on client care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate level)
- A team player with a good eye for detail and a customer-focused approach
