- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Prosecutions Unit
- Process prosecution files and associated legal documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external agencies (e.g. CPS, Courts)
- Ensure timely and accurate case updates on internal systems
- Maintain confidential records and uphold data protection standards
- Assist in the preparation of files for court presentation
- Strong administrative background, ideally within legal, criminal justice or public sector settings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of police systems or court processes (desirable but not essential)
