This is a key administrative role contributing to the efficient progression of case files and court-related documentation across the force.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Prosecutions Unit
  • Process prosecution files and associated legal documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external agencies (e.g. CPS, Courts)
  • Ensure timely and accurate case updates on internal systems
  • Maintain confidential records and uphold data protection standards
  • Assist in the preparation of files for court presentation
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative background, ideally within legal, criminal justice or public sector settings
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of police systems or court processes (desirable but not essential)
