We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Executive for our client to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership and the wider team. This is a varied role that combines executive assistance, HR coordination, and office management-perfect for someone who enjoys being at the centre of business operations.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 730am until 430pm, with very occasional out of hours support needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support to Directors, including diary and inbox management
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up actions
  • Organise travel arrangements and process expenses
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, contracts, and payroll liaison
  • Maintain office systems, supplies, and service provider relationships
  • Oversee company vehicle administration and compliance
  • Assist with internal communications and company-wide initiatives
  • Act as a key point of contact for staff and visitors

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in business support, executive assistance, or senior admin roles
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and initiative
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital tools
