They are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join their fast-paced telecoms sales team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating new business and promoting their full range of telecom solutions, including VoIP, broadband, mobile, and unified communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to introduce and promote telecom products and services
  • Identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and book appointments for field sales or complete sales over the phone
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM software
  • Stay informed on the latest telecom products, market trends, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, ideally within telecoms or a B2B environment
  • Confident, persuasive phone manner with strong closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of telecom products and services is advantageous
