The firm has a strong private client offering and is continuing to expand its Private Client Tax team to meet growing demand. As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of private clients, including HNWIs, business owners, landed estates, trusts, and families with complex financial affairs. You'll provide both compliance and bespoke advisory services, helping clients navigate key tax planning opportunities and stay compliant with HMRC obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of private clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of self-assessment tax returns, trust returns, and IHT/CGT reporting

• Provide tailored advice on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trust structuring, residency & domicile issues, and wealth succession planning

• Work closely with partners and directors to identify planning opportunities and support broader client relationships

• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, including reviewing work, offering technical support, and leading client meetings

• Stay up to date with legislative changes and ensure high standards of technical delivery

• Play a part in business development and client retention, representing the firm's private client offering across Lincolnshire

What We're Looking For:

• CTA-qualified (or ACA/ACCA with strong personal tax background)

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in private client tax within a UK practice

• Experience dealing with HNWIs, trusts, estates, and complex personal tax issues

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-standing client relationships

• Leadership potential with a desire to develop both technically and commercially
