This is a support role ensuring the smooth running of office operations and systems. You'll work closely with the field and office teams, supporting the Management Team and Directors with a range of administrative and accounts duties.

Duties:

  • Provide general admin support across the business
  • Manage website orders and help with reports and paperwork
  • Schedule jobs, book couriers, and keep client records up to date
  • Handle calls and emails from clients, suppliers, and team members
  • Upload certificates, manage risk assessments, and follow up on test results
  • Help with invoicing and credit control
  • Support the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer enquiries
  • Keep internal systems and files organised and accurate
  • Help with any other tasks needed by managers or directors
