This is a support role ensuring the smooth running of office operations and systems. You'll work closely with the field and office teams, supporting the Management Team and Directors with a range of administrative and accounts duties.
Duties:
- Provide general admin support across the business
- Manage website orders and help with reports and paperwork
- Schedule jobs, book couriers, and keep client records up to date
- Handle calls and emails from clients, suppliers, and team members
- Upload certificates, manage risk assessments, and follow up on test results
- Help with invoicing and credit control
- Support the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer enquiries
- Keep internal systems and files organised and accurate
- Help with any other tasks needed by managers or directors
