Salary: 82 to 97 per day

Simply Education are currently working with a lovely school in the Lincoln area that is looking to appoint a flexible and motivated individual to support their learners.

Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, this role can be adapted to suit your schedule, offering flexibility and variety across the school week.

• Providing classroom-based support to children aged 4 to 11.

• Working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to boost learning outcomes.

• Assisting in the development of educational resources and activities.

• Promoting positive behaviour and supporting students' emotional wellbeing.

• Experience working with children, preferably within an educational setting.

• A passion for helping young learners thrive and succeed.

• A flexible and proactive approach to working in a school environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

• Competitive pay from 82 to 97 per day.
