£32,000 - £38,000 (OTE £45,000) + Progression + Premium Rate Overtime + Door-to - Door Pay + Fuel Card + Company Van

Are you an Field Service Engineer with a background in plant machinery or similar looking for the autonomy of working a local patch, receiving ongoing career progression, and the chance to significantly increase your earnings through overtime and monthly bonuses?

This company is one of the largest plant machinery dealers in the UK, with a network of depots nationwide. Operating in the Lincoln area, they are experiencing continued growth and are now seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team.

In this role, you'll be provided with a company van (including fuel card) and will be responsible for covering the Lincoln/Lincolnshire area. You'll carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a diverse range of plant vehicles and machinery. You'll also have the opportunity to enhance your skills through continuous OEM training and progress into more senior roles as you grow within the company.

This role is perfect for a Field Service Engineer or similar with a plant background, looking for a stable and varied Monday to Friday position. You'll cover the Lincolnshire area for a leading company known for great staff retention. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime and monthly bonuses.

THE ROLE

  • PPM and Reactive Maintenance on Plant and Construction machinery
  • Diagnostic/ repairs
  • Covering regional patch (40 miles radius)
  • Company vehicle provided (door-to-door pay)
  • Monday - Friday
  • 1.5% overtime and monthly bonuses

THE PERSON

  • Field Service Engineer or similar
  • Full Driving License
  • Plant background
  • Commutable to Lincoln - happy to travel
