I have multiple opportunities across Lincolnshire for Private Client Solicitors of all levels, who are looking to grow their career.

The Role:You will be experienced in a broad range of private client matters, including the preparation of Wills ranging from straightforward instructions to those incorporating trusts for more complex family arrangements.

You will have a sound understanding of Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning and be proficient in drafting and registering Powers of Attorney, including both Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Your experience will also include the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates, as well as the ability to identify and manage trust administration requirements with confidence and precision.

Key responsibilities include managing your own caseload with a strong focus on financial management and efficiency. You will conduct client meetings both in person and remotely, assess legal issues, and provide clear, practical advice, including guidance on costs and the scope of work.

The role involves legal research, drafting of documents and correspondence and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant law and practice. Additionally, you will play an active role in developing long-term client relationships by supporting and participating in business development initiatives.Skills & Experience:You will be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of one year’s post-qualification experience in private client work.

You will have a solid understanding of complex private client matters and a genuine interest in developing your expertise further. A STEP qualification, or progress toward one, is desirable; however, a strong interest in pursuing this accreditation will also be considered favourably.
