Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant,Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire,Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (DOE),Contract: Full-time, permanent,we are looking for a proactive Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy Residential Property team in Lincoln. You'll work on a range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new builds. Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, banks, estate agents and others
  • Completing SDLT forms and opening client files
  • Managing registrations, post-completion tasks and quotations
  • Preparing documents, accounts, invoices and handling completions
  • Drafting contracts and managing sale files to exchange
  • Reporting on mortgage offers and managing search enquiries

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
  • Client-focused and proactive approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail
  • Good IT skills
