Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties across Lincoln and surrounding areas.
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and liaise with landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Provide expert advice on leases, sales, and acquisitions.
- Maintain accurate records and update clients regularly on progress.
- Previous experience in commercial property or estate agency preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong local market knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
