Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Lincoln & Surrounding Areas
Pay: 82.02 - 96.96 per day
Simply Education are working with schools in the Lincoln area who are looking for dedicated and supportive Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their teams. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils, providing additional support to help them succeed both academically and socially.
What you'll do:
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Encourage and promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
Support pupils' emotional, social, and educational development
Help create an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment
What we're looking for:
Experience working with children (school, childcare, or similar setting)
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
