Reed Crawley is working with a key client with the recruitment of a temporary Facilities Administrator, you will support the administrative needs of their operational department, ensuring high standards of service and delivery. .

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Support the Facilities Administrator with vehicle fleet lettings, maintenance, servicing, and repairs, ensuring minimal impact to users.
  • Manage contractor visits, providing keys/access while ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Handle daily office needs including answering phones, covering reception as necessary..
  • Manage the department’s administration including purchase orders, receipting, and invoice processing.
  • Liaise with tenants on tenancy agreements, renewals, deposits, repairs, check-in/out, etc.
  • Assist in processing reports/certificates, recording remedials, and raising concerns to ensure compliance across all operational services.
  • Support the administrative tasks of the Head of Facilities, Estates & Operations Manager, and Operations Supervisor as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Levels or equivalent experience; Degree level in a relevant discipline is desirable.
  • Facilities management administrative experience in a busy customer-facing environment or an in-house department.
  • Some understanding of buildings and facilities management terminology.
  • Competency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management and high level of productivity.
  • Proven organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
