Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a well-established company that's on the lookout for a Construction Project Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a dynamic role where you'll play a vital part in the delivery of multiple construction projects across various stages - no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and managing engineers' diaries and site visits
  • Assisting in the planning, resourcing, and coordination of commercial construction projects
  • Tracking progress of small to mid-sized builds and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Updating project documentation and maintaining progress reports
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team, including phones, emails, post, and office supplies
  • Helping manage fleet vehicles and keeping training records up to date
  • Compiling data for construction accreditations and trade body memberships
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience in project coordination/administration within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise under pressure
  • Proactive approach with the flexibility to support multiple teams
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively

Salary 30,000-45,000 depending on experience
