Since 1989, they have worked with a broad range of clients—from national housebuilders and commercial developers to schools and retail parks—delivering high-quality design, construction and maintenance services across the UK.
They currently employ over 70 people and operate across the South East and London. Clients include housebuilders and tier one contractors, and they deliver a wide variety of projects—from soft landscaping through to drainage, earthworks and hard landscaping. What will you be doing
- Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager
- Supporting the estimating team by keeping core systems such as job trackers up to date
- Accurately measuring and pricing new-build housing and large commercial projects
- Ordering materials for live sites through our network of trusted suppliers
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices and confirm lead times
- Raising purchase orders and assisting with office-based admin tasks
- Attending site meetings with clients, both independently and as part of a team
- Assisting on site and in the yard when required
What do you need
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an estimating role (construction or landscaping)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in AutoDesk Design Review or Bluebeam is essential
- CSCS
- Familiar with Google Docs/Sheets
- Good understanding of soft landscaping and installation of hard landscaping elements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Comfortable negotiating with suppliers and managing material procurement
- A proactive and driven individual, willing to be hands-on when needed
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential)
- Relevant qualification or degree in a related field
