Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and produce minutes for meetings.
- Use Excel at a moderate to advanced level to manage and create reports.
- Prepare, format, and maintain high-quality documents.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external emails.
- File, store, and organise information to support smooth office operations.
We are looking for someone proactive, reliable, and confident in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word. In this role, your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will help ensure our services run efficiently and effectively.
