This role is critical in delivering people development strategy and supporting workforce growth.
The position requires proven experience in a Learning & Development, HR, or training-focused role, with a salary of £35,000 per year.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A driving license is required due to accessibility issues via public transport.

KeyResponsibilities:

Supporttherolloutofmandatorytraining,onboarding,andinductionprogrammes.
EnsureallHRSystemsaremaintainedandkeptuptodatewithaccurateinformation.
Coordinateandsupportengagementactivityonsite,includinglocalisedeventandworkingwithexternalpartners
Advisemanagersoncoaching,mentoring,anddevelopmentopportunitiesfortheirteams.
Championalearningculturebypromotinginternalmobilityandcontinuousprofessionaldevelopment.

RequiredExperience:

ProvenexperienceinaLearning&Development,HR,ortraining-focusedrole..
Experiencedeliveringbothface-to-faceandvirtualtrainingsessions.
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandmeetdeadlinesinafast-pacedenvironment.
ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeandlearningmanagementsystems(LMS).
Ideallyyouwillhavegained,orwillbeworkingtowardsaCIPDQualification,howeverthisisnotessential
