Join a fast-paced FMCG production site in Littlehampton, supporting chilled and ambient ranges supplied to major wholesalers and retailers. With growing production lines and recently upgraded equipment, we are now looking to add a skilled Maintenance Technician to the team.

Day-to-day of the role:

Conduct routine maintenance and urgent repairs on mixers, ovens, conveyors, slicers, and packaging equipment.
Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
Work closely with production during changeovers and batch preparation.
Ensure equipment is compliant with hygiene and health & safety standards.
Assist with small machine upgrades and support stock of spares.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Engineering background (mechanical or multi-skilled).
Experience in FMCG, food, or packaging production.
Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, belts, and pneumatics.
Willingness to engage fully during busy production runs.
