Management Accountant Location: LiverpoolSalary: £45,000
Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading FTSE 250 business, currently seeking a Management Accountant to join their high-performing FP&A team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded accountant to support key business decisions through financial planning, performance analysis, and treasury activities. Based in Liverpool, the role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What will your day-to-day look like?-
Producing and maintaining short-term cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making

Providing treasury support to maximise cash returns across the group

Investigating budget variances and feeding into ongoing forecast cycles

Monitoring cost performance and identifying opportunities for efficiencies

Supporting the production of the monthly board pack and senior reporting

Assisting with hedge accounting and FX trade administration

Preparing annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts

Creating sales performance reports (daily/weekly)

Supporting ad-hoc tasks across the wider finance function, particularly Group reporting and controls

A part qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders

Proactive, commercially aware, and capable of working independently

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to handle large data sets
