Management Accountant

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking to take ownership of key financial processes within a growing and collaborative finance team? This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business where you’ll play a pivotal role in providing insightful financial reporting and supporting commercial decision-making.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis

• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing commentary on performance

• Partner with department heads to deliver financial insights and cost analysis

• Assist with year-end audit preparation and statutory reporting

• Streamline processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent)

• Strong management accounting and analytical skills

• Confident communicator able to work with non-finance stakeholders

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with modern finance systems

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact

• Competitive salary of £40,000–£55,000 depending on experience
