Audit Execution: Assist in planning and executing on-site audits, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Maintain audit quality and compliance with standards, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Team Support: Work alongside junior auditors, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of audit findings reports, identifying key areas of concern and insights.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Collaboration: Work with other teams to enhance the client experience and foster a positive work environment.
Knowledge Sharing: Share your expertise and support team members across departments, promoting continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Accountant: ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
Audit Experience: Proven experience in audit and accounts, with a focus on executing assignments.
SME Knowledge:Experience working with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is essential. Your understanding of SME audits will be crucial in delivering tailored audit processes.
Risk Awareness: Familiar with risk assessment and control measures.
Client Focused: Skilled in managing client relationships.
Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively and supporting junior staff.
Tech-Smart: Up-to-date with accounting and auditing standards.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points: Experience with CaseWare and CCH is a plus.
