They are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team and provide expert HR support across a wide range of areas including TUPE, trade unions, and pay & reward.
Description
As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing expert HR guidance and support on the following;
- Provide strategic and operational HR advice and support to managers and senior leaders.
- Manage TUPE processes and transfers ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
- Support the design, implementation, and review of pay and reward frameworks within the organisation.
- Lead on employee relations issues, promoting constructive dialogue and resolution.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned to organisational goals.
- Contribute to workforce planning and organisational development activities.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should;
- Be immediately available/ Available at short notice
- Commit to a 6 month FTC
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a public sector or similarly complex environment.
- Strong expertise in TUPE legislation and practical application.
- Experience working collaboratively with trade unions and managing employee relations.
- Understanding of pay and reward structures within the public sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and solution-focused approach.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR professional accreditation desirable
