We have an exciting New Vacancy for a Commis Chef to join our team at the Adelphi Hotel. Located in the heart of Liverpool's city centre, just a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Lime St Station, the Adelphi is a magnificent Edwardian-style hotel which is a grand historic landmark. With 402 bedrooms and 14 versatile conference suites, accommodating up to 850 delegates, this large hotel is a popular choice for various events, including wedding receptions.

Your duties will include:
- Preparing high-quality food, following the guidance of our Head Chef.
- Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
- Adhering to our stock control procedures.
- Working effectively as part of a busy team.
- Adding your own unique flair and creativity to your dishes.
The successful candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen, have a level 2 hygiene certificate or higher as well as strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
