Key Responsibilities:Assist Leadership:
- Support Head Chefs in managing a matchday dining operation with 13 outlets.
- Champion a culture focused on quality, team development, and health and safety.
Health & Safety:
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Implement company processes for hygiene, recording, stock management, and wastage control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and UK law.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee food production and operational delivery of all premium restaurants.
- Ensure consistent and exceptional product quality.
- Manage stock, including ordering, usage, wastage, and waste recording.
- Conduct regular checks on fridge/freezer temperatures, food probing, and hot holding.
Guest Focus:
- Drive a guest-focused culture with an in-depth knowledge of hospitality standards.
- Foster effective communication between front and back of house teams.
Compliance:
- Ensure food hygiene, COSHH, and due diligence systems are always complied with.
- Be aware of accident reporting, maintenance fault reporting, and fire policies.
- Experience in a similar environment.
- Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Calm, resilient, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Full awareness of allergen and calorie procedures.
