Pastry Chef - Full Time (40 - 48 Hours Per Week)

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Pastry Chef to join our team at our busy production facility. If you're passionate about baking, love working with quality ingredients, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients
  • Prepare pastry doughs, laminations, fillings, creams, and custards
  • Uphold high food hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Keep a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to management
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a professional kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices
  • Excellent manual skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Positive team player with flexibility for early mornings and weekends
