Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols.
- Conduct air monitoring and stage 4 clearance testing in various buildings.
- Perform management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys.
- Compile and submit detailed reports.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications: P403 (Air Sampling and Fibre Counting) and P404 (Clearance Testing and Certificate for Reoccupation).
- In-depth knowledge of asbestos-related health and safety legislation.
- At least one year of experience in the asbestos industry.
- Valid UK driving license.
