Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Client Success Executive to join their award-winning commercial team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone passionate about the automotive industry and eager to build strong client relationships, optimise account performance, and contribute to strategic growth. You'll work closely with major UK automotive brands and media agencies, helping reshape the automotive marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationships:
* Act as the primary contact for manufacturers and agencies
* Support strategic objectives and grow client budgets
* Host and attend regular client meetings in London and Liverpool
Account Management:
* Oversee multiple client accounts
* Monitor lead volumes and conversion rates
* Identify optimisation opportunities and ensure high performance
Internal Collaboration:
* Work with marketing, data, and product teams
* Resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement
Business Development:
* Lead pitches and proposals for new business
* Contribute to long-term account growth strategies
Strategic Planning:
* Develop account strategies aligned with client goals
* Focus on adding value and exceeding expectations
Preparation and Research:
* Prepare for meetings with data and presentations
* Manage performance metrics and client data
