Search are recruiting on behalf of a leading business in Liverpool looking for a Credit Controller to join their dynamic finance team on a full-time, permanent basis reporting into the Credit Control Manager.
The position is working alongside a team of Credit Controllers supporting strategies for cash collection and age debt provision. It's a forward thinking and growing business with opportunities for continuous internal development.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
- Resolving queries and building strong client relationships
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth cash flow
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on aged debt
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with finance systems and Excel
Benefits include:
- Salary: 32,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
