We are currently recruiting for the position of Home Manager at their luxury care home in Liverpool, offering nursing, residential, and dementia care. This purpose-built care home is known for its exceptional team of carers and boasts a strong reputation with the local authority. With high occupancy rates and only a few vacant beds, the home remains a preferred choice for residents. A strong manager in place will ensure the home will continue to thrive and maintain its status as an excellent community service.

Home Manager Benefits include:

- £70,000 per annum

- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

- Free DBS check (England)

- Performance related bonuses Home Manager Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements

- Maintain the highest standards of care for all residents

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home

- Lead recruitment and retention efforts

- Uphold the company's ethos and values

Home Manager Requirements include:

- Experience of managing a care home providing nursing

- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and the NMC Code of Practice

- Proven experience in person-centred care planning

- Experienced leader and mentor

- Experience in dementia care

- Passionate about delivering excellent care
