Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum
Are you an experienced and passionate Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized Nursing Dementia Home on the Wirral.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for providing exceptional care, who can motivate and inspire a dedicated team to deliver the highest standards of nursing and dementia care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
Ensure the highest quality of person-centred care for residents.
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently.
Support, develop, and inspire the nursing and care teams.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
About You:
Experienced Home Manager with a proven track record of running a successful care home.
Nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration (preferred but not essential).
Strong knowledge of dementia care and best practice.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability.
Commitment to delivering outstanding care and continuous improvement.
