Social Housing Electrician - Roles and Responsibilities
Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties.
Perform testing and inspection duties in accordance with current regulations.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, complying with health and safety and company procedures.
Social Housing Electrician - Requirements
Previous experience working in social housing is essential.
2391 Test and Inspection qualification.
AM2 Certification.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
Social Housing Electrician - Benefits
Starting salary of 37,500 per year.
On-target earnings (OTE) of 43,000 to 48,000 with bonus potential.
