We're looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Venue Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused site and drive operational and commercial success.



As Venue Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the venue. You'll lead your team to deliver excellent customer experiences while ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency at all times. Key responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including customer service and kitchen teams.

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Drive performance and implement strategies to grow the business.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and community partners.

  • Report on key performance metrics and financial results.

You'll be an experienced manager with a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills.
Essential skills and experience:


  • Previous management experience in hospitality, leisure, or F&B.

  • A sales-minded, proactive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work weekends.

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
